I am the customer service representative in Trenton, Illinois; the first point of contact for any customer who has questions or an issue with a product or service offered.

My goal is to answer questions, resolve issues, handle inquiries, and provide technical support accurately and efficiently for every customer.

My job gives me the opportunity to not only help our clients with all their needs, but to get to know them on a personal basis as well.
