Rob Radtke has served the entirety of his thirty-year career in one public-safety role or another, from Illinois to Texas: first as a firefighter, and then as a dispatcher, police officer, arson investigator, and, finally, in emergency communications administration.
He possesses a deep understanding of—and has years of experience with—public-safety technology, wireless communications infrastructure, wide-area networking, surveillance, radio interoperability, and field-based video (body cameras), as well as building and remodeling emergency communications (911/dispatch) centers and project management.
Rob also specializes in organizational behavior and culture, leadership, and operational management.
