Though he wasn't able to personally attend, Warner Communications St. Louis general manager Matt Bussey was recognized by our great partner Tait at the 2025 One Tait Dealer Summit that took place at the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) last week in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Matt earned the prestigious Courage to Act award from Tait.
Warner Family Brands president Steve Guller attended the event along with Teresa O'Donnell of Warner Communications and Dan Smith of Dittronics, and was honored to accept the award on Matt's behalf and bring it safely back home to him in St. Louis.
"Matt's constant pursuit and responsiveness to preserve the customer's best interest in finding the right solution was ultimately the reason the project was awarded to Warner Communications and Tait." ~ Chad Stojkovich, Tait Channel Enablement Manager for the Central Region
Why did Tait choose Matt and Warner Communications for this award over other noteworthy dealers? Chad Stojkovich of Tait explains:
"Matt Bussey and Warner Communications played an integral role in working with the University of Missouri, establishing a close relationship with both the university decision makers and the project consultant.
"The university had over a twenty-year relationship with another vendor and manufacturer, but that did not deter Matt and Warner [Communications] from pursuing the opportunity to sell a Tait solution to the customer.
"By utilizing both their long-standing industry experience and technical expertise, they were able to build their relationship with the consultant and directly influence the opportunity in both Warner and Tait's favor.
"Matt's constant pursuit and responsiveness to preserve the customer's best interest in finding the right solution was ultimately the reason the project was awarded to Warner Communications and Tait."
